Blu Digital is seeking a commercially driven Head of Ecommerce to lead and scale a luxury digital business. You will own full P&L, drive revenue growth, profitability and customer lifetime value while delivering a premium online experience.
You will define acquisition strategies across paid, organic and partnerships, optimise the onsite journey, lead CRM and retention, and guide international expansion with localised ecommerce plans.
