Head of Financial Planning & Performance (Hybrid)

Johnson Matthey is seeking a Head of Business Planning and Performance in the United Kingdom. This role leads the integrated planning framework, aligning strategic planning, S&OP, budgeting and forecasting.

You will be the Finance lead for S&OP and capex, ensuring alignment between financial and operational delivery. You will partner with CAS to provide financial insight, support strategic initiatives and coordinate executive materials with clear financial messaging for leadership and investors.
