Corporate Security Officer – Average 42 hours per week – Days & Nights

Responsibilities

• Control safe access and egress to designated venues in line with current procedures and client requirements.
• Maintain good order and public safety at client premises.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures of the building, patrolling, reception duties, access control and loading bay duties.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and conduct emergency procedures.
• Patrol interior and exterior of the client’s premises as directed by assignment instructions.
• Issue badges to staff, occupiers, visitors and clients in a courteous manner.
• Be on foot (standing/manning areas, internal and external patrols) for most parts of the day.
• Remain calm under pressure and cope with incidents that may arise.

Qualifications & Skills

• SIA Door Supervisor licence required.
• Minimum 2 years of front of house or corporate security experience.
• First Aid qualification and knowledge of C‑Cure system preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Smart appearance befitting the company.
• Reliable, responsible and punctual.
• High standards of customer service and attention to detail at all times.
• Proactive and efficient use of initiative.
• Flexible to change due to operational needs.
