Job Description:
Cambs Farms Growers Ltd in Cambridgeshire invites an experienced Arable Crop Manager to lead our 3,000ha cropping programme from planning to harvest. You will oversee winter wheat, maize and sugar beet, contract farming agreements and drive performance with full P/L responsibility.
The role requires BASIS and FACTS qualifications, proven large-scale arable management, strong leadership and a hands-on approach to move the business forward while ensuring safety and compliance.
