PI Solicitor

About the role

Join CL Medilaw’s catastrophic injury team as a solicitor with experience in claimant catastrophic injury work. You will handle the most complex, high‑value cases in collaboration with experienced fee earners and contribute to a client‑centred, non‑target driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and represent claimants in catastrophic injury matters, including but not limited to birth injury, brain injury, amputation, spinal injury, delayed cancer diagnosis and fatal injuries.
• Prepare and manage case documentation, evidence gathering and legal submissions.
• Provide client care and support throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with the team to develop strategy and achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications and skills

• Qualified solicitor with a background in catastrophic injury work.
• Strong technical ability and excellent client care skills.
• Empathetic approach, proactive and team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work across multiple regional offices, based in Brighton or Kings Hill.

Location

Based in Brighton or Kings Hill, with the team operating across 10 regional offices within the UK.
