Responsibilities
Our client is leading on a programme of national significance and requires a commercial lawyer to advise on a wide range of commercial deals. You will lead and manage the provision of legal advice in connection with corporate procurement and contract management. You will be the main point of contact for extremely high value procurements and lead on all aspects of commercial law relevant to the design, build and operation of a nationwide project.
Qualifications
To be considered, you must have extensive commercial legal experience dealing with construction or infrastructure projects from in‑house or practise. You will be involved in high value public sector procurement exercises and be the main point of contact for advice on GDPR and DPA queries.
Location & Working
You will be based in the central London office three days per week, with the option for home working for the remainder.
