We’re partnering with an ambitious challenger food business that’s on a mission to make healthy, nutritious ready meals accessible to everyone. Having recently launched into Tesco with fantastic early success, they’re now looking for their first Senior Brand Manager to help drive the next stage of growth.
Backed by a well-established manufacturing business, they have the investment, infrastructure and ambition to become a major player in the category.
The Role
This is an opportunity to take real ownership of a growing brand.
You’ll lead the brand strategy across the UK, manage key retailer relationships, and help deliver exciting launches into additional grocery retailers. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand as it continues to scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the brand strategy and annual marketing plans.
- Owning the Tesco relationship from a brand perspective.
- Supporting launches into new retail partners.
- Delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, shopper and retail channels.
- Managing agencies and external partners.
- Using customer insight and market trends to influence brand and product decisions.
- Working cross-functionally with commercial, NPD and operations teams.
About You
You’ll already have strong FMCG brand management experience and be looking for a role where you can have genuine influence rather than being one of many.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience as a Senior Brand Manager or an established Brand Manager ready for the next step.
- A background in FMCG, ideally food or drink.
- Experience working with major UK grocery retailers, particularly Tesco.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- The confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
