Head of Employee Relations – South East

Fitzgerald is seeking a Head of Employee Relations (South East) to lead our ER leadership team and deliver expert advice to clients across the South East. This senior role combines hands-on leadership with strategic client engagement and the development of a high-performing ER team.

You will work with senior stakeholders, shape practice standards, and ensure quality while supporting growth. A CIPD Level 7 or equivalent is essential, and some travel to client sites is required.
