Senior ER Leader – South East (Hybrid)

Fitzgerald is seeking a Head of Employee Relations (South East) to lead the ER service across the South East region from our base in the South East of England. This senior, hands‑on leadership role will oversee a team of ER specialists, build trusted client relationships and deliver high‑risk employee relations work.

You will develop capability, maintain quality and contribute to growth, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law and delivering agreed billable outcomes.
