Head of Ancillary Revenue Growth

Govia Thameslink Railway is seeking a Head of Ancillary Revenue to drive strategic growth and manage the portfolio delivering over £50 million in annual revenue. You will shape commercial strategy, procurement, mobilisation and governance across multiple contracts, aligning with regulatory and passenger expectations.

You will lead end‑to‑end revenue opportunities, working with Network Rail and partners to identify new streams and optimise value for the business and customers.
