In-House Legal Counsel for Commercial Tech Deals (Hybrid)

LHH, a global technology business, is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its growing in-house team in the UK. You will advise on a wide range of commercial matters across the UK and international operations, reporting to the General Counsel.

The role focuses on drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, partnering with sales, procurement, finance, HR, operations and R&D to enable business objectives while managing legal risk.
