• Experience building and shipping production ML or LLM-powered products
• Strong knowledge of AI agents, RAG, orchestration, and evaluation frameworks
• Excellent Python engineering skills
• A track record of taking ownership in fast-paced startup environments
• A product mindset and passion for solving complex problems
