Hybrid Legal Counsel – Corporate, M&A & Tenders

Arriva Group is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel on a 12-month fixed‑term basis. You will support strategic growth initiatives across the UK and Europe, advising on corporate transactions, tenders and major contracts.

The role offers hybrid working with three days per week in our London office and flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week. You will join the Group Legal team, providing practical, commercially aware legal guidance and collaborating with senior leaders
