HGV Class 2 Driver – Temporary (Up to 12 Weeks)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join their team on a temporary assignment for up to 12 weeks.Our client specialises in the collection and delivery of new and used oil to commercial businesses across the South West of England.The Role Multi-drop deliveries and collections (typically 20–30 drops per shift)Delivering and collecting new and used oil from commercial customersCovering routes throughout the South West of EnglandMonday to FridayFull timeVarious start times, with some shifts starting as early as 4:30am – flexibility is essential Important InformationThis is a physically demanding role. There is heavy lifting at almost every stop, and applicants must be comfortable regularly lifting and moving items weighing in excess of 20kg.The nature of the work means you should also be prepared to work in dirty conditions, as handling used oil containers is part of the job.Requirements Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licenceValid CPC and Digital Tachograph CardComfortable with heavy manual handling throughout the dayFlexible with varying start timesReliable with a strong work ethic and good customer service skills Pay £19.05 per hour – PAYE Advance (Other PAYE pay models available)Weekly Pay If you’re looking for a hands-on driving role and don’t mind hard work, we’d love to hear from you.
