**What Youll Do**
Lead and support the engineering team to deliver high standards across all maintenance tasks. Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational readiness. Coordinate with other departments to support a seamless guest and colleague experience. Drive continuous improvement, energy efficiency, and effective use of resources. Support project work, upgrades, and technical initiatives across the property. Grow, guide, support, lead the team Drive training programs and people development
**What were looking for**
Strong technical knowledge in building services or maintenance. Experience supervising or mentoring a team. A proactive, solutionsfocused approach and commitment to high standards. Great communication and organisational skills.
