Family Navigator – West Wiltshire – Wiltshire, United Kingdom Salary: 26,141 per annum Hours of work: Full time/ 37 hours per week Contract type: Permanent Join our team as a Family Navigator and make a real difference in your community. This varied and rewarding role will see you out and about each day, speaking to and connecting with families at our library drop-in sessions across West Wiltshire. This includes the towns of Warminster, Westbury, Mere, Bradford-on-Avon and Trowbridge. We are looking for someone who is confident, approachable, and well-informed about the local area, with a passion for creating inclusive spaces where people feel valued and supported. No two days are the same, and you may start your day off at a local library and finish it by talking to parents at the school gate. Youll be building strong relationships with libraries, schools and other family hub colleagues using your growing knowledge of local services and activities to confidently navigate families to find the right support, ensuring they can access whats available in their community.
