All about the role: As a Young Person Support Worker you will provide support and advice around accommodation, basic life skills, welfare benefits, health and personal issues: all allowing service users to work towards independent living. Experience of working with vulnerable young people is essential and you should be happy working as part of a team or unsupervised and on your own initiative. Based in Salisbury you should be flexible and able to move between houses as required to meet the needs of the service.
