We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team within Property Services that undertakes thegroundsmaintenance and estate services for theshelteredschemes and the estates across the county. Our teamis responsible forgrass-cutting, hedge and shrub maintenance, as well as keeping the estates tidy, clearing out void properties, andmaintaininggardens for potential tenants. As a Senior Grounds and Estate Maintenance Operative, you willoversee the delivery of grounds and estate works, while being hands on andassistingwith more specialist worksrequired yourself.You will work closely with the Grounds and Estate Maintenance Operatives to ensure their daily activities are seamless and adhere to health and safety standards.Further responsibilities will includesupportingother team members inmaintainingand securing the storage of vehicles, tools,equipmentand chemicals associated with ourworks. Werelooking for a positive problem-solver who has proven they can cultivate great working relationships, defusedifficult situationsand can liaise with our residents and resolve any concerns patiently.
