Interim Assistant Director, Environment & Leisure Delivery

Baltimore Consulting is seeking an Interim Assistant Director (Environment & Leisure) in Central London for a 6‑month contract, with an indicative day rate of £700–£850. The role is hybrid (3 days on-site) and inside IR35 via umbrella, starting late August/early September.You will lead waste, parks, leisure and community services, driving delivery and transformation across politically sensitive priorities, reporting to a senior director and guiding Heads of Service.
