Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal leadership teams to drive consensus and successful outcomes aligned with strategic goals.Lead sales efforts, including proposal development, client presentations and technology demonstrations to win new engagements and expand client relationships.Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple large‑scale KPMG and third‑party technology solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with complex user requirements and translating them into effective solutions.Manage the implementation of scalable solutions across the UK and EMA, partnering with international leadership teams to ensure consistency, compliance and effective risk mitigation.Ensure delivery excellence and agility in technology implementation, enabling the business to respond swiftly to market demands and bring services to market efficiently and securely.Lead project teams, including offshore resources from TT&I, to build and implement KPMG and third‑party technology solutions.Manage scope, commercials and prioritisation across your portfolio of work, ensuring the work is managed to a high standard, aligned to financial objectives and prioritised accordingly.Advise clients on best practices to support successful technology adoption and outcomes.Provide direction and mentorship to managers and junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and professional growth.Recommend and implement process improvements as appropriate.Qualifications

Proven ability to lead enterprise‑level technology implementations.Ability to prioritise and deliver multiple programmes simultaneously.Experience in business development and sales.Strong leadership experience managing multi‑disciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.Strong understanding of tax and accounting (preferable experience in tax or finance compliance).Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to logically dissect complex issues.Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, concepts, and modern work practices.A keen interest in emerging technologies and their application to solve client challenges.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).About the Team
