M-KOPA is seeking a Software Engineering Team Lead to spearhead the loan origination architecture, compliance systems, and pricing platform that power our expansion across Africa. You will lead backend engineers, drive end-to-end delivery, and shape the architectural direction in a true DevOps environment.

Ideal candidates have deep C#/.NET expertise, cloud experience (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP welcome), and a track record leading engineering teams.
