Remote Head of Demand Generation & Growth

Bitrise, a remote-first company, is seeking a Head of Demand Generation to lead the demand engine across self-serve and direct sales. You will own the pipeline, define target MQL/SQL volumes, and run multi-channel programs including paid digital, ABM, and events.

Collaborate with RevOps and product marketing to reflect Bitrise’s positioning in mobile/DevOps and AI infrastructure. You will manage a team of 3 Marketing Managers and drive data-backed optimizations while maintaining lean operations
