Responsibilities

• Live and breathe the Nando’s brand and values, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Drive the development of your team, spotting future managers and fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain a customer‑obsessed approach, delivering perfect PERi‑PERi every time, whether in‑restaurant or at home.
• Adopt a flexible mindset in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Support the restaurant leadership team, contributing to shift planning, training and overall operational excellence.
• Ensure the full Nando’s customer journey is executed flawlessly on every shift, every day.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
• Strong leadership skills, energy, and a passion for people, food and hospitality.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and engage a team.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Comfortable with continuous learning and adapting to change.
