MASH Referral Officer | Admin & Safeguarding Hub (Hybrid)

Tripod Partners is seeking an organised and customer-focused MASH Referral Officer to join a busy Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub in Barking. You will provide administrative support to the MASH Referral Desk, handling referrals and enquiries with discretion and empathy.

In this role you will screen and escalate matters as needed, record information accurately, and liaise with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure timely outcomes.
