Remote ASB Case Manager (Housing)

Niyaa People are recruiting for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer to join a Leicester-based housing association on an initial 2-month temporary contract. You will manage a caseload independently and progress cases from initial reports through to resolution, with remote working and one day per week in the Leicester office.

You will investigate ASB complaints, gather evidence, coordinate with residents and agencies, and progress cases through enforcement or court action.
