Part-Time Principal Social Worker | Leadership & Practice

Blackburn with Darwen Council is seeking an experienced, registered social worker to take on the role of Interim Principal Social Worker on a part-time basis while the current postholder is absent. This leadership role will support the Adults and Health Directorate, providing professional guidance, assurance and strategic leadership across social work practice.

You will advise senior leaders, lead quality assurance activities and promote strengths-based, person-centred approaches.
