Sickness Absence & Employee Relations Lead — NHS

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager on a 6-month fixed term or secondment basis to lead its sickness absence recovery programme and support managers to improve attendance and staff wellbeing.

You will work with the Head of People Operations and other colleagues to translate data insights into practical actions, provide coaching for managers, and contribute to assurance reports while fostering a fair, inclusive approach.
