Shared Ownership New Homes Sales Specialist

Latimer, part of the Clarion Housing Group, is recruiting a New Homes Sales Executive to drive sales of Shared Ownership homes across Bristol and the South West. You will be the primary contact for buyers, guiding them from initial enquiry to completion and coordinating with mortgage brokers and solicitors.

You should bring experience in property sales, an understanding of Shared Ownership, and excellent communication.
