What to expect

As a SPOC Engagement Specialist, you will join us on our journey and undertake an influential role by providing operational support to the A&CI and Resilience SPOC function. The role is responsible for the accurate receipt, logging, and initial assessment of all referrals, supporting timely and well‑informed triage decisions by senior colleagues.

The SPOC Engagement Specialist will receive, assess and process incoming allegations, referrals and intelligence from approved intake channels, log referrals promptly and accurately into the case management system and act as a professional first point of contact for external and internal referrers, ensuring queries are handled courteously and within agreed boundaries.

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in investigations within HR, compliance, audit, or legal environments: In addition you will possess:

  • Relevant professional qualification in investigations, fraud, compliance, audit, law or assurance
  • Extensive experience in an administrative, case management or assurance support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Confidence following structured procedures and escalation routes.
