Deskside IT Support & Operations Specialist

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced deskside/on-site IT engineer in Greater London to deliver hands-on hardware and software support across PCs, printers, and peripheral devices. You will manage incidents end-to-end, configure workstations, and ensure VPN, Wi-Fi, and Outlook services are functioning optimally.

Role requires strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, Office 365, and ITIL processes, plus ability to travel between sites and support rotating shifts.
