Lead Care Team – Supported Living & Impact

Lifeways Group is seeking a Team Leader in Newcastle Upon Tyne to inspire and lead a team in providing outstanding Supported Living services. This role involves working closely with Support Workers and the Service Manager to maintain high standards of care.

The ideal candidate will have a leadership background, a level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care, and a passion for helping people live fulfilling lives. This full-time position will include participation in a rotational on-call rota.
