Mechanical Maintenance & Compliance Manager

Lancashire is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead mechanical maintenance, statutory compliance and engineering assurance across its extensive estate. Reporting to the Head of Engineering & Maintenance, you will provide technical leadership in gas, water hygiene, HVAC, pressure systems and ventilation while driving CAFM data integrity.
