Energy Lead: Complex Casework & Community Outreach

Citizens Advice in Farnborough is seeking an Energy Lead to deliver multi-session specialist casework for clients facing complex energy issues, including energy debt, income maximisation, supplier disputes and vulnerability concerns.

You will supervise an outreach adviser working in community settings on the same project, helping vulnerable households access practical advice and support.
