Store Supervisor – Part Time

We are looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team based in Hampton.

Job Details

• 22 hours per week on a part‑time, permanent basis. Flexibility across the week is required and core rota may change based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer receives excellent first‑class service with a warm, friendly and helpful approach.
• Coach and support the team to maintain the same high customer‑service standard.
• Keep the shop floor presentable at all times.
• Support the Store Manager and run the store in their absence.
• Adapt and thrive in a busy and fast‑paced environment.
• Be a team player and all‑rounder, ready to assist across the store.

Qualifications

• Retail management or supervisory experience desirable.
• Flexibility in working hours – availability to be discussed at interview.
