Job Description:
ACE Bodmin, part of Reach South Academy Trust, is seeking an experienced Pastoral Lead to join the school and lead on safeguarding, behaviour and data driven pupil support. The role focuses on trauma‑informed approaches and strong liaison with parents and staff.
The post holder will attend multi‑agency meetings, maintain records, support EHCP reviews and CPD planning, and work to ensure pupils feel safe, Ready, Respectful and Safe.
