Job Description
Wehave an exciting opportunity for aCustomer Care Coordinator to join our Customer Care team for Tolent Living based in Team Valley, Gateshead.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in a Tenant Liason officer role or who has previous customer care experience in repairs/ maintenance/ house building.
Role you’d play
- Responsible for managing all customer-related issues throughout the build and following handover until the end of the building/ home warranty period
- Recording reported defects accurately onto the defect management system
- Reporting defects to sub-contractors and ordering materials
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and liaising with subcontractors/ clients to ensure the effective resolution of defects and customer queries
- Effectively handling customer complaints
- Support with the preparation of community involvement events
- Provide day to day administrative support as required
- Supporting all site teams with the compliance of the Considerate Constructors Scheme
Qualifications
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service in a similar environment
- A thorough knowledge and level of computer literacy
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through to completion
- Professional, assertive and confident communication skills; both in writing and over the phone
- Ability to be flexible whilst handling a wide variety of tasks
