Strategic Project Manager – Public Sector Change Delivery

Vector Resourcing is helping to recruit a Project Manager for a major organisational change programme in the public sector. The role focuses on early-stage planning, stakeholder engagement and people-led change across a regional public service model, with a target delivery date in 2027.

You will work with the Programme Manager, senior stakeholders and workstream leads to shape requirements, build plans and support delivery through to the April 2027 target date.
