CRM Business Analyst & Delivery Lead – 12–18 Month Contract

WildBrain CPLG is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with project delivery responsibility to lead CRM and adjacent workstreams within our Digital Transformation program in London. The role focuses on business analysis, process re-engineering and ensuring CRM solutions align with clear requirements.

You will own process discovery, future-state design and requirements definition, acting as the bridge between business teams and technical delivery resources, including external CRM vendors.
