Flexible Shift Leader – QSR Supervisor

Subway IP Inc. in Bagshot is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily operations, ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards. Schedules and supervises staff; maintains brand standards in safety and security. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.

You will oversee 4–20 staff, coach Sandwich Artists™, handle deliveries, and manage inventory while upholding franchise guidelines. Strong communication and POS experience are essential.
