Flaming Grill is seeking a hands-on Team Leader to guide our front-line staff on busy shifts. You’ll lead by example, ensure high standards, and keep customers happy by delivering memorable service in our lively pub atmosphere.

You’ll deputise for the management team when needed, coordinate the team across service, and help maintain safety, legality and cleanliness so every shift runs smoothly and efficiently.
