Independent Living Partner: Community Care & Support

Abri Group is seeking Independent Living Partners to support our schemes across Hampshire, Berkshire, London and Somerset. You will be the first point of contact for residents, helping ensure safety, compliance and wellbeing while assisting with tenancy matters and community activities.

You’ll build trusted relationships, host catch-ups, and promote independence for older adults. A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, with flexibility for travel.
