The Green Man Hotel, part of Chef & Brewer, is a historic 14th century pub and hotel in Mulberry Green seeking an experienced General Manager. You will lead a high-volume venue, guiding a pub leadership team, driving sales, and delivering memorable guest experiences across both food and drink and hotel operations.

You will manage a 58-bedroom operation, oversee weddings and events in peak season, and develop your team to uphold brand standards while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.
