Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in building a successful team and business.

- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food production meets quality standards.
- Maintain and enforce operational standards and processes.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality and excellent guest service.

Qualifications
- Experience as Deputy General Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in branded hospitality.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Competent in kitchen oversight and control of food production.
- Expertise in quality food and drink with meticulous attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with a track record of growing hospitality businesses.
- Diligent, analytical and proactive in problem‑solving.
- Well‑presented, resilient and flexible, ready to relocate or based locally.
