Five Guys is seeking a Bench General Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, develop the team and drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.

You’ll own the P&L, coach crew and managers, and represent the brand with energy and integrity. The role offers progression opportunities across the business and a strong benefits package.

Based at one of our existing stores in the district, with opportunities to grow into higher-volume stores or regional roles.
