This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong track record in fund monitoring and lender advisory services. You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of investment monitoring commissions across a diverse portfolio of developments, maintaining key client relationships with banks, investors and funders, and driving the continued growth of the service line.
The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in investment monitoring within the built environment, together with exceptional commercial acumen and proven leadership capabilities. You will be adept at managing multidisciplinary teams, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and providing clear, insightful advice that enables clients to make informed investment decisions. MRICS, MCIOB or an equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
