Community Care Live is seeking a compassionate Head of Children and Families to lead a large Welsh authority’s children’s services, with a strong improvement focus and safeguarding responsibilities.

You will provide strategic leadership across all Children’s Services, drive early intervention and sustainable service design, and develop a large multi-disciplinary workforce that champions the voices of children and families.
