Head of Maintenance & Grounds — Care Home

Barchester is seeking a Head of Maintenance to ensure a clean, well‑maintained environment across our care home. You will lead a team, manage maintenance tasks across buildings and grounds, and support the General Manager with annual budgeting.

The role requires hands‑on trade skills, a full UK driving licence, and GCSEs in Maths and English. You will liaise with contractors and drive ongoing improvements while ensuring resident well‑being and safety.
