Aerospace Tooling Engineering Manager

GKN Aerospace in Luton is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager Tooling to lead a team of Tooling and CAD engineers across Defence and Civil lines. You will oversee tooling design, manufacture, maintenance and control of site tools for aircraft transparencies and ice‑protection tooling.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong priority setting, supplier liaison, and the ability to deliver robust tooling solutions from concept through production while ensuring safety and quality.
