Responsibilities: – Oversee all aspects of the kitchen and food preparation process – Work with the Executive Chef to create and develop innovative and delicious menu items – Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards – Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment – Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and other kitchen personnel – Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed – Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations – Collaborate with restaurant management to plan and execute special events or promotions

Requirements: – Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role – Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team – Extensive culinary knowledge and expertise – Excellent understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations – Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment – Strong organizational skills with attention to detail – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills: – Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting – Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques – Ability to create menus that cater to different dietary needs or preferences
