Salary

Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Hours

37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Take comprehensive histories and perform clinical assessments, diagnose, treat and evaluate patient care.
• Demonstrate safe and expert clinical decision‑making skills, applying clinical judgement when prioritising patient care.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to enhance patient outcomes and meet patient needs.
• Support the delivery of policy and procedures and provide nurse leadership as required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in pharmacy.
• Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Independent prescribing qualification.
• Ability to apply effective clinical judgement in prioritisation and decision‑making.
• Previous general practice experience desirable.
